Mo Es Governance
Constitutional governance framework for Claude Code. Set behavioral modes (High Security, High Integrity, Creative, Research, and more), enforce role hierarchy (Primary → Secondary → Observer), control posture (SCOUT / DEFENSE / OFFENSE), inject governance documents, and maintain cryptographic SHA-256 audit trails. Includes hooks for session-start governance restore, pre-tool enforcement, post-tool audit logging, and prompt injection. Patent-pending (Serial No. 63/877,177). Built by Ello Cello L
