Real-time session vitals for Claude Code. Shows context window health with color-coded progress bar, active tools with aggregated counts, running agents with type/model/elapsed time, todo progress, git status, cost estimation, and rate limit usage with reset countdowns. Adaptive layout auto-detects terminal width. Reactive sections only show when relevant. Zero dependencies, zero config required.
