Sprint-by-sprint version-cycle conductor. Six-agent flock (engineer, critic, coder, auditor, worker, discovery) on a three-section pipeline (INTRODUCTION → BODY → CLOSE), with hardened hooks, hypothesis-driven audits, and a per-project SQLite context registry. Configured per-project via .claude/shepherd.toml.
