Search past Claude Code conversations by keyword and instantly find any session to resume. The tool scans your entire conversation history across all projects and outputs a formatted table with session slugs, project paths, timestamps, message previews, match context, and ready-to-copy resume commands. It uses binary pre-filtering and single-pass parsing for fast results, with no external dependencies — compatible with Python 3.8 and above.
